S.L.I.C Mission:

"Student Leaders Initiating Change" is a youth coalition developing our leadership skills to encourage our peers to make decisions that have a positive impact on themselves and the community.

Welcome

SLIC (Student Leaders Initiating Change) is a youth coalition developing leadership skills to encourage our peers to make decisions that have a positive impact on themselves and the community.

We are in Ottawa County in West Michigan. Among other things, we build our leadership skills, learn to work within a coalition of students from all the local high schools (meaning- meet new people!), use social networking and other media to provide positive messages to our peers, participate in local service projects, and attend Youth Leadership Seminars.

SLIC (Student Leaders Initiating Change) is a youth coalition developing leadership skills to encourage our peers to make decisions that have a positive impact on themselves and the community. We don't just talk about making a difference; we actually DO it! Come check us out!
